1. Introduction of PP strapping band extrusion production line:
This production line is used to make different kinds of PP strapping band. It consists of extruder, machine head/ die, cooling unit, haul off unit, heating unit, stretching part, embossing part, winder and electrical system etc.
Screw of the extruder: special designed, machine head die mouth gap adjustable so that it suits for product specification change.
Due to its reasonable structure, the production line has features like high output, good plasticization effect, strong processing suitability, easy operation, easy maintenance etc. All the technical indexes reach advanced level in the same field.

To make band with width range: 19-19mm+/-0.5mm; thickness range: 0.4-1.2mm+/-0.1mm;
